I recieved a Bluetooth speaker instead of a Gaming chair? (Optix MPG3412CQR)

Hi! I recently bought a MSI Optix MPG341CQR, and registered the product before the promo ends. But i recieved a Bluetooth speaker, Is this also a freebie? Because upon checking, bluetooth speakers are given to lower variant monitors, Did anyone experience this? Please help!

I think it's best to make a web-ticket and ask MSI for more information.
I'm curious about their answer because I'm also waiting for a gift and would still like to get the chair instead of the speaker.

Any news on this? I got the same problem with a MAG341CQ Promo. It says "Gift: awaiting receive" and that I will get a bluetooth speaker, although I should get a gaming chair...
