I regret buying MSI keyboard, I do not recommend

The year is 2023, there are loads of brands offering great software and animations. There are 7 8 useless RGB animations on that beautiful gk50 keyboard that MSI promotes with advertisements. Its software is inadequate, faulty and useless.

It has a design like the fixed color rainbow lightings on crappy Chinese keyboards. Only one point RGB can be assigned in the Custom option. No gradient coloring or different animations.

Worst of all, their SDK is crap. At least I said I would use it with the RAZER synapse. But MSI does not recognize mystic light. I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times. But there is no solution.

I will be returning the keyboard tomorrow and will not recommend it to anyone around me.

While many brands use dual injection key system. MSI has painted black on flat blast ABS plastic for this keyboard. It will surely wear out in the future.

I loved the product, but completely disappointed.

I want to install game sync, it won't load. It is installing, it does not open, I reset it, when the pc boots up, I see that the installation has been deleted.

Mystic light does not work with third party software.

They made an RGB keyboard. RGB modes suck.

You want to color according to the games. No sync apps are working.

Just by buying the keyboard, I realized that the msi quality is actually a complete lie. Good thing I didn't pay a lot of money for their laptops at the time.

Total scam, total regret.

What's worse is. There are dozens of complaints, but they can't solve this situation in any way.

Without MSI motherboard, mystic light and razer software won't see each other?

Razer software sees its own mouse,
MSI software sees its own keyboard,

Both are connected to the computer via usb . Shouldn't the msi just connect to the razer and bypass it? Such a ridiculous software design?

I need to research this before I buy. Reviews say it's software compatibility only. It cannot be said that these equipments are not necessary.

That means you shouldn't believe sponsored fake reviews.

I am currently using a cheap keyboard which is expensive but not worth the money. It also has a great coil sound.

Even in the old issues there are complaints about the software, but there is no improvement.

Yes, third-party RGB programs are selected through the msi center. Selected in game sync above.


How many times have I deleted and installed?

1- I deleted msi and razer. First of all, I installed msi center and reset the computer, then I installed synapse and reset it again. It didn't work.
2- I deleted both again. this time i installed synapse first, i reset the pc, then i installed msi center, then i reset it again. It still didn't work.

I tried this by constantly deleting and reinstalling. I also uninstalled programs with uninstall programs so that there is no temp. The result still did not change.

I'm not quite understanding what you're wanting to do......

You talk about a bunch of things that the MSI can do.....but I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish by what you describe. It's all just a bunch of jumbled thoughts.

Ultimately, what is it you're trying to do? Or want to do?

I have this exact keyboard model, I'm typing it from this, and I love it. Both from a hardware perspective, and I'm happy with it from a software one as well.

So what I got was the Value of a Quality Keyboard is not in the Actual function of the keys but in how well the flashing lights work.
