i5 2500 or i5 2500k???

hi guys..
i have a p67a-c45 board and i am about to buy an i5 cpu..... well i dont know which one to buy..
the i5 2500 or i5 2500K???
what the difference???

2500k has an unlocked multiplier ( within limits) that allows substantial overclocking. If you are not into that, save the couple of dollars.

There are a few other differences if you compare the two versions.

The 2500K has Intel? HD Graphics 3000, whereas the 2500 has Intel? HD Graphics 2000. The 2500 benefits from Intel? Trusted Execution Technology and Intel? Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d), which the 2500k doesn't support.
