i7 Temp. utility??

[aruba92]

Dual Core Center on the LGA 775 was great showed temps in the task bar. Does anyone know of a utility other than coretemp that would show in the taskbar or maybe a vista gadget?

MSI Greenpower or Overclocking utility both will show the temp of CPU and chipset.  Speedfan is another utility you can try that shows the temps for pretty much everything plus you can control fans, and a whole bunch of other settings.

RealTemp is another one.

Hi,

I use CPUID HWMonitor http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php which is free or they sell CPUID HWMonitor Pro http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitorpro.php which shows temperatures in the task bar.

Thanks y'all. I have all those, but really no reason for me to monitor temps all the time I am running in the low 20's at idle and with prime95 running for 24 hours high 40's.
