Is there a possible way to contact the MSI Warranty department directly instead of having to file the RMA thing or whatever it is. I just want a straight answer cause apparently my warranty expired on 1/1/19 although I bought the earphones on 12/3/19

No. We have nothing to do with it. And there's not really anything anyone here can do. Unfortunately.
You could try calling them (MSI) directly if you are in the US though.
