Incompatible RAM

I have 16GB of RAM but when I play games, only 4GB is read.
what's the solution ?

Memory/RAM & VRAM are different.
VRAM include with the graphics, in this case your laptop has nvidia RTX 3050 Ti with 4GB VRAM. check picture below

and for your Memory/RAM is normal, it's detected 16GB.
