Keybinding on MSI GT62VR 7RE232 SN K1611N0028306 purchased Apr 6, 2017 is inconsistent. At least 6 keys at perimeter do not match their symbol. For example 1. " is @  2. ? comes up on Shift 3  3.~ is ?  4. not sure how to access euro key at lower corner of 5 key.  5. Not sure how access pound sign at top of 3 key.  6. Shift backslash is ~ not vert line.  I am an American in Malta.  Help please!

UPDATE:
I have discovered the answer by trial and error. In the lower right corner of the screen is the phrase ENG. You need to hit Windows key + Space Bar twice or three times, and it changes from English keyboard to American. Very Cool.  This is an Awesome Computer!

So the keyboard shows UK/European typeface and input is Maltese layout?

I doubt MSI has a Maltese keyboard (if this is the case) so you'll have to manually change the keyboard layout in Windows to match the typeface.
