Inexplicable Stutter/Lag when dragging anything with the Claw A8 BZ2EM

I'm playing a simple game, "Her Trees" in this case.
Whenever I try to drag something, I experience lag/stutter and I can't smoothly drag an item and be as accurate as possible with it.
This also applies externally of the game, dragging items/files/documents.
Is this a bug/feature? Is there a fix?
 
How do you drag the files? By touchscreen or an external mouse? Would the problem occur with both two methods?
