Infinite RS 13NUI-422US- Intel Instability of 13th and 14th chipsets and Release of new micro code in BIOS August 2024 Expected

Will MSI be pushing this new BIOS for our computers ie Infinite RS 13NUI-422US- .. Or do we go to MOBO support page and get them ?
I was told BIOS were specific to MSI systems built and not to use from MOBO site.
