Hello,
I have been having this infuriating problem for a while with not being able to log into my account which therefore prevents me from opening any web tickets. I keep getting captcha errors and permanently cannot log into the website. I get these errors on MS Edge, I do not get them in FireFox (I haven't tried Chrome - I have it but I do not use it). I have disabled my adblocking extensions but that did not solve the issue. I also just now tried to log in using MS Edge via an "In Private" session and that worked.
I talked with phone tech support a while ago but they were of ZERO help because they are not account or website support they are product support. I asked how I could contact for their website/account support and they had zero answers/information for me.
Does anyone know how I can contact MSI support for their website? I just posted on the forum (had to do so using FireFox, I live in MS Edge so that was an inconvenience) because I am having boot problems with my MoBo.
