Installing CPU in MS 1719 (GX700) Barebones Notebook computer

I'm interested in purchasing a barebones MS-171948-012  (GX700) notebook computer. The computer doesn't come with a CPU, Memory or hard drive. Does anybody know or can direct me to information  or knows how to install the CPU, Memory and hard drive, Specifically the CPU. Your prompt replies will be appreciated.

Did you ever do something like that before?
If not, better let a shop do it for you, as a laptop is very delicate to build yourself, damage is easily done.
