The current 5600MHz guaranteed memory speed for Raptor Lake CPUs is true in case of default voltages
VMEM = VDDQ = VDD2 = 1.1V

Of course, rasing the memory and the CPU IMC voltages leads to higher memory speeds.
But it will raise the temps as well and (sooner or later) you might get into stability issues.
