Because we get more and more complaints on this subject:
the memory speed limitation has nothing to do with the motherboards and memory modules.
It's all about the CPU IMC.

This is the official DDR5 support for most of the top Arrow Lake CPUs (Ultra 9 285K, Ultra 7 265K, Ultra 5 245K, etc):

This is the official DDR5 support for most of the top Raptor Lake CPUs (Core i9-14900K, Core i9-13900K, Core i7-13700K, etc):

Anything faster is not guaranteed to run (stable).
As you can see, there is a significant speed limitation in case of 4 memory modules.

Now let's take a look at MSI's flagship MEG Z690 Godlike:

You will notice the same limitation in case of 4 memory modules (single and dual rank both): 4000MHz.

Also be aware of this rule: more memory you have, lower speed you'll get.
So don't expect a great stability above 5600MHz in case of 128 or 192GB memory.

I didn't know that it wasn't possible to overclock with this chipset. It should be stated in the MSI motherboard page , that this chipset hasn't any overclocking possibilities

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-H610M-G/Specification
2x DDR5, Maximum Memory Capacity 96GB
Memory Support DDR5 5600 MHz (by JEDEC & POR)

Most of the DDR5 from the above list, are 50% more expensive from the one i bought.

That's because they are better.
They are all native 5600.
Yours is native 4800, that's why is cheaper.

I am old and noob, but the below info are incorrect.
Supports Intel® XMP 3.0 OC
For me OC stands as Over Clocking.
and here is the RAM specs for reference.

I have decided, I am really disappointed from MSI's lack of information regarding this product. I may be old and noob, but I am totally disappointed.

That XMP info is a copy&paste from somewhere else.
Again, this is a cheap motherboard with limited chipset and features.
Thank you for your acknowledgement. :-)
I don't argue man that is cheap and limited, I was in a tight budget but it did helped. Really enjoyed the bios with mouse capabilities and those nice graphics.
Will come here to ask for combability issues before buying another MSI product. I don't trust the website anymore.

I'm with you.
These days the internet and the software & hardware development is full of junior work.
And the results are terrible: misinformation, disinformation and collections of bugs everywhere.
And I'm talking about big fishes as well: AMD, Intel, Microsoft, Google, etc

Well, not exactly true. Google has refund me some purchases my daughter did without my permission through Google Play. Microsoft, Intel, AMD, never had any complaints like this one. Big fishes sometimes take care smaller sardines like us. Thank you for your insight, arguing and acknowledgment.
Can I have a refund?
