Does MSI have any plans on providing BIO updates for their pre-built PC's to fix this instability issues with intel 13th & 14th gen. Even though I have a MSI motherboard but being a MSI pre-built PC they use a custom BIOS.

My PC specs: MSI Aegis R 13NUE - 448US
Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F, 2100 Mhz, 16 Core(s), 24 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends International, LLC. B.D3, 2023-03-24
Motherboard: PRO B760-VC WIFI (MS-7D98)
Video Card: Nvidia RTX 4070 12GB

I am too getting the World of Warcraft error that Intel's Microcode should be 0x12B as my microcode is showing 0x10F and have no idea how to update a BIOS.
My information is A Dekstop Aegis R 13NUD-461US-B71370F406T1632G2TS1TX11MAB6 MODEL: 9S6-BZ0111-461. Cant find my receipt from Costco to upload my information but was purchased 10/07/2023. Serial # MSBZ01N8S0102404. How are we to get our Microcode updated so we can stop getting a World of Warcraft Error for gaming.

I have the same issue. I also have a MSI desktop PC from Cotsco, I have the receipt but I threw away the box, I could never find the serial number though. The PC I have is the Aegis R 13TC-445US and on the support page for it the BIOS update they provide is from 2 years ago, which is the exact same version my PC has. I tried getting help from the online virtual assistant and that was useless, on X (twitter) support didn't not reply yet, and on the phone I can't contact them until Monday morning. For one of the largest PC companies in the US they need to be doing a TON better with support than what's currently available. No official post about this issue, nothing. It's like nobody cares.

Having the same issue. I have registered my product and the new BIOS is not available in my product support page. The fix has been available since Sept. 2024, seems like it should be available by now as the update addresses security vulnerabilities.

Hello,

I also received the message when launching World of Warcraft recommending that I update my BIOS to Intel microcode 0x12B or higher to resolve potential CPU instability issues.

I have an "MPG Trident AS 14" PC that uses an Intel i7-14700F processor. The BIOS version shown in the BIOS is EB924IMS.B20. The message from WoW indicates that my current microcode version is 0x11D.

I used the page https://fr.msi.com/support/download/desktop to find the new BIOS version for my PC. I ended up on the page https://fr.msi.com/Desktop/MPG-Trident-AS-14th/support, which lists a BIOS version B30 uploaded on 2024-10-22. I downloaded the file and prepared it on a bootable USB drive. However, when selecting the file from the BIOS using the M-Flash function, I received the following message:
"Unable to start a Secure Flash session, update will be ignored !!! If this file comes from MSI, please contact MSI."

I hope MSI can provide us with a solution here.

MSI doesn't care about this issue or their customers, this is the response I just got from my ticket in regards to this issue:

" Hello

Please be aware that this is only a message that Activision sends out and not indicative your system is having issues. Our HQ team is aware of the message but there is no newer BIOS update to provide as pre built systems use a custom BIOS and not the retail version for the motherboard.

Regards

MSI Support"

Amazing support.

All I got my BIOS Updated by Calling 626-271-1004. Also was sent a VIDEO link of how to do this
instructions
As for what BIOS Version you need I can not help you with that cause he also sent me via email my version I need by using my Serial Number off my MSI computer. So if you still having issue with World of Warcraft Error and want this resolved Call the Number I listed and watched the Video.
