Intel 630 iGPU failing to start

I have an older GS65S with a 1070.

All of a sudden my Intel 630 iGPU is failing to start. I've literally done everything I can find to fix it. Uninstalled, re-installed, updating directly from the Intel website, trying older versions,, etc etc. Nothing seems to be working.

I also tried going through the MSI Driver & App Center tool. It saw the Intel GPU Driver isn't installed and downloaded it. However, when I extract the driver and run the installer, it tells me that the computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements.. which is odd since it's literally MSI's driver app.

Has anyone fixed an issue like this before or have any idea what to do to fix it?

EDIT: Also tried downloading straight from the MSI support page for my model (gs65s 8RF) and it also says that my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to install. I'm baffled.

Did you see any error message in Intel Graphics device in Device Manager?
Follow the steps to reset EC.
And reinstall the latest graphics driver with DDU tool.
If the problem still remains, export your system info from Help Desk.
