Hi all,

Intel APO now supports 12/13th gen processors.
However, the option "Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology" is missing from the BIOS for 12/13th gen users.

My PC
CPU: 13900K
Motherboard: MSI Z790 Gaming Edge WIFI DDR4 (BIOS Version - 7D91v1B)

Below is an image of the option available on a 14900K system.

You ever wonder why there's a section on Intel webpage saying "validated processors for APO" :(
That's a clear indication of those CPU that are not listed is buggy so it makes sense that MSI doesn't make DTT available for them.

The thing is that APO got an update, and now seems that it supports the 12/13 as well. (Not with limited support).

Still I can not get it to run with a 14th gen, as we need an update on the drivers from MSI... :(

I have friends with processors lower than mine 13900k and support activated on its ASUS, Gigabyte, and Asrock motherboard, but in MSI it still does not leave the DTT in the BIOS if you do not have a 14th. Any news when they plan to fix this?

Since MSI decided to hide the DTT option in the bios for everything except 14th gen we need new bios versions. Other manufacturers left the DTT bios option available regardless of your CPU generation.

Here is a new BIOS that would have "Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology" option for 13th Intel GEN:
For 12th series, will follow a bit later.

The note usually contains minimum changes only. I would not be surprised if such update is not included in the note.
Plus if I have understood MSI bios updates correctly any overclocking and fan curve I have configured in bios is reset when flashing new bios, so I have been holding back.
That's possible. you can save the OC profile to USB pen drive though, if new BIOS does not have DTT and it won't apply the OC profile settings, just flash it back.
I mean if you want to get the DTT support, you'll have to flash BIOS whatsoever eventually.

New bios for which motherboard? It is a beta or modification? Because I don't see recently updated bios on the MSI website.

beta bios.
for topic starter's board in the quote.
For those 2:
MPG Z790 EDGE WIFI DDR4
MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4
