Even though the reponse uses templates or "boilerplate text", there will still be someone who looked at it to send you such a reply. The problem is, getting through to the actual MSI engineers when it comes to an issue. Meaning, several people in the chain have to deem your issue important enough that it's actually brought to the people in Taiwan who are working on the BIOS for example (which is often a way smaller team than people think, if it even can be called a team).
I don't know of a good way to get attention about an issue. Hell, there have been issues with the Z490 BIOS updates for a good 3/4 of a year now, with dozens upon dozens of affected people, and they haven't fixed that yet either. Then for some other issues, they are quick to work on it for some reason. It's a bit hard to tell what their rationale is behind it all. You did the right thing by reporting it, it's on them if they ignore it and eventually get more complaints and unsatisfied users because of that. But it might also be because they have a fix in the pipeline already.
