Hello, I installed Intel Extreme Tuning Utility XTU. During CPU load, it shows EDP trotting. I'm attaching a screenshot.

Motherboard: MSI Z790 Tomahawk, latest BIOS flashed, i7 14700K processor, Intel Default Setting profile, PL1/PL2 power limits: 253W/253W, ICCmax: 307A, Lite Load Mode: 7, AC/DC: 30/110V, IA CEP disabled , AIO Montech Hyperflow Silent 360 .

Now, the question is, is there anything to worry about?

sounds very Normal with the Settings you have as EDP Limiting is it Capping how much Amperage its pulling and as you have the power limit set at 253W then it will stop at that as your enforcing a Current Limit to the CPU when that CPU at full load to not Limit would want to pull more like 406W or more as its a Power Hog.

I see you already tuned CPU Lite Load like I advise in my guide, good. But if you want to see what is happening with the CPU, the best tool to use would be HWinfo Sensors, like I also describe there. You can run Cinebench (R23 or newer), to create full normal load for the CPU, then look at HWinfo Sensors (properly expanded to several columns) to see what is happening, or post a screenshot of that here. I don't use XTU for anything. All the CPU-related stuff is better set in the BIOS, and for figuring out what is happening, HWinfo is ideal.
