Intel killer,kills the fun in watching youtube - Slow internet / Interrupted playback of online video streams

Love the new machine but i experiencing slow and interrupted videostreams. Downloads and uploads arte in general slow. ( 5mbs down 3 up) Checked the connection with online tools with avager of 60mbs up and 40mnbs down) never experienced this withmy previous lenovo ws laptop.
Any idea how to trouble shoot this issue? Tips, pointers, are more the welcome

(I'mrunning latest windows 10 64 pro, latest version drivers.

thanks crazy donkey... after long search... i found the option in killer app to standard use maximum bandwith. If you let killer app do it,ity test you isp up and dowload speed and then i think/assume uses a percentage.
