The problem is that when you perform an action in the operating system, the discrete GPU is triggered and causes a 0.5 second freeze. Here are some actions that cause the dGPU to wake up and lock the whole system for about 0.5 seconds: Left click on the battery icon in the taskbar, Locking the session (Win + L) Triggers the dGPU and freezes every time. And I am having these issues on my MSI GL75 LEOPARD 10 SDR GTX 1660 Ti. These issues in Windows 10 continue in the new Windows 11 operating system and none of them have been resolved. I don't know what caused the problem but I guess it's a simple problem. Hardware manufacturers blame each other and Microsoft Windows doesn't even respond to my feedback. I guess I'll have to buy a macOS device as this minor issue hasn't been fixed. I fix these issues when I change the NVIDIA power management from optimum power to maximum performance, but I don't use it constantly on charge and sometimes I have to go out. This setting significantly reduces battery life.

For MS Hybrid structure, I would suggest having the latest Windows, NVIDIA VGA driver, Intel VGA driver update, to see if that's possible.
Or try to disable the dGPU in device manager and see if that would help when unplugging the notebook.

I tried everything you said but the result is the same. There is no problem in the performance of the computer, but when I do this simple operation that does not want a 3D workload, this stuttering problem on the computer bothers me. I'll leave a Microsoft thread below that explains my problem better. Check out the unrepaired section at the bottom of the post.

!!! Locking the session (Win + L) triggers dGPU and makes a freeze every time.

Did you get the Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers from MSI website?
I think the problem should be more related to Microsoft.

I think so too. The issue has not been resolved since 2018. The same problem persists in Windows 11. I tried drivers and updated drivers from MSI site but it didn't solve the problem. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
