Just wanted to report that I had to update from Windows 21H2 to 22H2 to fix this problem as I also had the WIFI and HD audio device fail. I had to download the Windows Update Assistant as the built in updater would fail. The update would succeed but would reboot to black screen and I had to let it go for another 15+minutes.

Have been dealing with the same issues in this mass thread- This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.
Repeatedly uninstalled, installed drivers, my ethernet network device, updated BIOS. Troubleshooted through Intel support over the last several days to no avail and was recommended to go here now. Feels like I gone through numerous methods over and over at this point and just am out of ideas. Hoping you can help @Svet
