Hi everyone,

I’ve owned an MSI RX 7600 MECH 2X OC for about two years, and I’m experiencing some intermittent issues that I’d like to consult with the community.

1. Boot Issues (No Signal): On 2 or 3 occasions, the GPU failed to provide a video signal or sound upon startup. To fix this, I had to use the motherboard's HDMI (iGPU), perform a clean driver installation, reseat the GPU, and double-check the power cables. It usually works fine after these steps for a long period before happening again.

2. Random Black Screens: I occasionally get "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" (BSOD) or random black screens while idling on the desktop. Interestingly, this doesn't happen during gaming or heavy workloads.

3. Visual Artifacts in Browser: While scrolling in Firefox (specifically on sites like Jkanime), I’ve noticed green square artifacts in specific areas of the page.

4. Fan Behavior: The fans remain idle at startup and only spin up when reaching ~60°C during gaming. Once I close the game, they stop almost immediately (within 5 seconds). Is this "Zero Frozr" behavior normal for this model?

System Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G

GPU: MSI RX 7600 MECH 2X OC

RAM: 32GB

PSU: Yeyian 850W Gold

Storage: 4TB HDD

Browser: Firefox

Is this a known driver conflict with the 5600G's integrated graphics, or should I consider an RMA? Thanks!

Does it survive the stress test when running Furmark or OCCT 3D test?

Does the same problem appear when using other Chromium based browser such as Chrome and Edge?
Have you tried to update to the latest AMD graphics driver? What's your current installed driver version?
Have you tried to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox?

This is a normal behavior.
