Is it possible to change the lighting color in the Katana GF66 laptop?

no as it has a Single Backlit Keyboard (Red) its only got RED LED's
 
After selecting your desired lighting color and effects, make sure to apply the changes. The RGB lighting on your laptop's keyboard and other areas should now reflect your chosen settings.
