I placed an order on 2/12 and it has been sitting in "preparing" status since. I tried emailing the support email a couple of times but with no response the last week. Also tried calling in to the technical service no luck there either. This would be my first time ordering directly through msi is this normal? Tempted to cancel my order and just buy through new egg but I'm worried that process may also sit in limbo for eternity. Waiting on this order to finish my build and getting antsy lol.

It would make sense if I ordered one of the new cards but I only ordered: a Motherboard, CPU Cooler, Case Fans and a PSU.

I suppose MSI USA store?
They are somewhat slow, no idea why.

This is getting beyond the joke, we are getting several complaints a week now about MSI USA Store or MSI USA Support.

I placed an order on 27th of Feb, still sitting in limbo. Did you ever get your items ?

It seems usstore.msi.com is having problems.

A friend of mine successfully ordered a new Aegis gaming system 2 weeks ago using his credit card. Yesterday he tried to place an order for me b/c of the major difficulties I am having (more on that in a bit). It failed the very same way all but 1 of my attempts did, that being after entering the confirmation code from SMS 2FA into the website popup, the popup disappears and NOTHING further happens, no charge to account and no feedback on the website.

I lost an opportunity to buy a system on Monday, March 3rd b/c the limit on my debit card was too low. The transaction did hit paypal and my bank but was declined due to that.
I called my bank and had the limit raised, but nothing I tried after that was even submitted to paypal or my bank. I called paypal and they only saw the original declined attempt on March 3rd, none of the many (easily > 10) later attempts made using a variety of different web browsers, machines and operating systems.

My friend used a Visa credit card with ample available credit, I used a Master Card debit with adequate balance and limit, each from a different bank. ALL attempts failed in the same way.

I can only conclude others are having trouble as well, and when I last tried to place a BYO system and saw 32GB of RAM was the only option it leads me to think they are having supply problems and have shut down orders on their website.

It's not very good for customer relations (or product sales revenue!) that MSI doesn't provide much sales support (only an email address which they don't respond to), to handle purchase problems or ask clarifying questions about products, such as how much GPU VRAM are you providing on xxx model? Sometimes important info like that is missing.

I've spent all week trying to place an order without success. I've sent 5 or 6 emails to usstore@msi.com and usmarketing@msi.com starting on March 3rd and the only response is from an automation bot and only 1 of those.

I have exhausted all avenues of support I can find. MSI support by ticket system, chat or phone only responds to tech issues.
I am NOT IMPRESSED at all with MSI customer service.

You actually got a bot response ?
I am getting complete radio silence....
It's been 7 days since I placed the order and it's still stuck in "processing" I started the order canceling process and now in I also in process to ask for credit card company to do a charge back for the first time in my life for this. I wish I read the forum before ordering. As someone from Taiwan, I have never been more ashamed of Taiwan at this time and will make sure to make sure everyone around me to avoid MSI.
I ordered the same CPU with a different Mobo in Newegg, just few minutes ago and now it already has a shipping label.... WTH MSI ?

Ordered on 2/27 from the MSI USA store and no updates either. I think they must have a skeleton crew over there.
