Msi is happy with her console? It's been over three months since there's been a BIOS update or any visible improvement, while the competition ( Legion go, Rog Ally, Steam deck ) who have more optimized consoles continue to send regular updates...
Frankly, I'd like to take advantage of the fact that we're here as a customer to tell you how disappointed I am at having believed in this console...
Thanks all the same to all the people who help out on this forum despite all the problems encountered by this machine from hell.

Where the hell did it go wrong?
Is it Intel? Is it MSI?

I don't even update it anymore
It's ridiculous that the game-specific profile modification is only an image.

But it's okay.
I will never trust the Red Dragon brand again.

I bought ASUS ROG ALLY X,
I was disappointed once more because the difference was so big with Claw.
There are no compliments in this thread, all disappointment and anger.
 
this was my first and last msi device I can guarantee that, I will just buy something with an oled display from Asus or Lenovo when they launch a new handheld. zotac is a no go since they distribute customer data left and right. Until then I got to live with the claw the hardware is not bad but software is not polished.
 
Could you specify the exact issues you're encountering?
MSI might not fully understand the problems or difficulties we are facing. We need to provide a detailed description of the symptoms and request MSI to address and resolve them.
