Updated to x299 creator for i9 10920x, installation of board and OS went smooth, once everything was setup and done I was playing around in bios and changed pcie3 slot which has aero 2 card with 3 nvme cards to cpu storage vroc and rebooted and as expected OS would not load with bsod error inaccessible boot device as I dont have vroc key but nvme was visible to bios and the issue was I then disabled vroc for pcie3 slot and rebooted but nvme still did not show up and it worked fine like that before the change and I had to reset bios to defaults and set everything again for nvme to be detected, and for some reason nvme drives in slot 1 and 2 of aero card stay within 50c when testing but 3rd slot nvme went up to 67 and throttled during testing for bandwidth, aero card is setup good with good thermal pad contact visible.

Make sure you have all the system configuration comply to the requirements for VROC including SSD, CPU, etc: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/s...software/Intel_VROC_Supported_Configs_6-3.pdf
Also refer to the FAQ of VROC: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024550/memory-and-storage.html
that is not my issue, after enabling and disabling vroc for pcie slot the changes dont stick and OS does not boot as a result unless i apply default settings in bios for bios to see my nvme.
