Hello,
I have a problem with the graphics card. On average, once a day, my two displays loose signal, 2x Dell 27" P2719H. The PC still works as I hear the sounds in the headset, but cannot do anything about it and I have to manually reset the PC.
What I tried to fix the issue:
1) I clean reinstalled the drivers, always from NVIDIA's website or app. I had the same issue with all the drivers released this year.
2) Switched from Game Ready driver to Studio Driver but to no avail. Currently I have 572.60 Studio Driver.
3) Updated the bios for the Motherboard to the latest version.
4) Removed and put back the video card making sure it fits properly
5) Check the monitors cables, DP for one and HDMI for the other, now both with DP.
6) On the MSI website, in drivers section for the card, I saw BIOS update with the version 95.03.45.80.07. I checked with TechPower UP GUP-Z what is the BIOS version installed for the GPU and it says 95.03.45.C0.10. I thought maybe this is the issue, but when I want to install it it says Unsupported.
I cannot reproduce the issue. It happened once shortly after I started the PC with nothing opened besides the base programs, or watching something on Youtube, in a google meet call, watching a movie, playing a game, and similar apparently random moments.
I checked in Cyberpunk 2077 with Max Settings with Ray Tracing Overdrive to test the PSU if it crashes under full load but no issue there, no crash in any test.
I didn't overclocked any component since I'm interested more in stability on the long rung. Planning to upgrade the CPU in the future to be more synced with the GPU.
Previous GPU: GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER VENTUS XS OC (no issues with it for 4 years of using it)
Thank you for your help!
