Issue with MSI Force GC30

So i have this issue with the controller, i bought it today (sorry for my bad english) and tried to charge it (cause doesnt turn on) and only show me 2 flashing leds and then just the 2 leds always on, i can use the controller perfectly in wired mode but i bought this controller cause have wireless compatibility, so i dont know if im doing something wrong or its a fabric problem, i tried to connect with support but doesnt have any answer, also i get in contact with my seller in my country (the controller have a 6 months warranty, but only give support on week day monday to saturday) i hope u guys can help me, i saw some people having similar issues, the controller never turns on while disconnected, only connected to the pc and doesnt charge, plz help:c

Have you tried to follow the instructions regarding the wireless mode in the manual?
