Issue with MSI MainWindow stuck open

Hi, I'm having a really weird issue. I have this app called "MainWindow" open, and doing a bit of digging, it's an MSI app. It doesn't do much except annoy me and I want to get rid of it, without uninstalling Dragon Center. How do I do so? The apps look like this, you can resize them for some reason.

1.Please remove MSI utility-Dragon Center.
2.Please remove MSI SDK in control panel.
3.Please install latest version of MSI utility-Dragon Center as below link.

After performing a fresh reinstall, alt-tabbing showed it was still there.

Step 1. Please remove Dragon center.
Step 2. Please remove MSI SDK on control panel.
Step 3. Restart once.
Step 4. Delete the folder C\\MSI and C\\MSI\\One Dragon Center.
Step 5. Restart once.
Step 6. Please install Dragon Center v2.0.106.0 as below link.
