Issue with the 3080 Ventus or something else?

Last weeks i noticed that my Msi 3080 Ventus is creating more and more noise (because of the fan).
I play MSFS most of the times and sometimes even in the main menu (see screenshots) the fan is going crazy. I'm not sure if these temps are normal, but when i'm flying for a while the fan is reducing to around 80%. Also War Thunder has the same kind of issue.

I never used GPU-z before during gaming, but i personally noticed the "hot spot" (see attached screenhots) at a quite high temprature. I'm not sure if this is normal, because i never checked it before.
Any suggestions?

One screenshot is in the main menu and the second game is during gaming.

Could be an thermal pad issue,I have seen on ofrums beforre, especialy the 3080 series, with multiple brands/models.
If it had warranty,I would claim it,otherwise consider an themal pad upgrade.
The memory is also on the hot side

The card definitely has a major temp issue, RMA it if its under warranty.

Is also a heavy card make sure it is supported in the case against Sagging as this will also cause overheating
actually this particular model isn't big card, it's very small and compact for that class,
with 300g less that gaming series and upper/other models.

True but 1.3kg is still beefy for a PCIE slot.
