Hi guys,
The initial condition of my laptop is still in its factory default state. using ram sams*ng ddr4 3200 8GB (1pcs).
and then, after upgrade the rame i've some issues:
im added ram with samsung ddr4 3200 8gb too, after that my notebook always bsod or hang or black screen until restart. and then my notebooks is overheat and fan is works hard.
so, i decided to unplug the new ram. the issues is not finished, my notebooks its still bsod or hang or black screen but time interval between issues (bsod or hang or black screen) becomes longer.
I tried another way, I bought ram Transcend 16GB 3200 DDR4 and installed 1pcs. its same too, still bsod or black screen but time interval becomes longer, better than previously.
long story short, i hve RAM 16GB Team Group DDR4 3200 (2pcs) from another laptops and i installed it, and my notebooks black screen. even logo MSI is not displayed. only fan still works and led keyboard is light up.
anyone can help me? what should i do?
