Issues with Case Components for MPG-VELOX-100R

I am having issues with USB-C port not working, along with headphone jack and LED button on controls not working at top of case. Does anyone know if the long narrow board at top of case that contains power button, usb ports, etc. is replaceable and where I might be able to buy one? Thx.

Did you make sure the wires whether those wires are still properly connected to the motherboard?

Do you mean the control board for the front panel of the chassis?
If that's broken and the cable is damaged, I will suggest you contact MSI >>How to contact MSI.<<
