Issues with my monitor any tips with troubleshooting?

For context, I'm using the MAG 255F E20 monitor. I was changing my laptop wallpaper when my monitor started to fail and after a quick restart of my laptop, my monitor is unable to detect anything through it's hdmi1 port now. I figured I could use the OSD to change the monitor's detection port from hdmi1 to hdmi2 but no matter how much I tinker with the joystick at the back the most I can get it to do is turn on and off my monitor.

I've already tried replacing the hdmi cable but to no avail. If you have any tips pls let me know thank you.

Try a different device. Another laptop/desktop or even a gaming console.
Also try unplugging monitor from power for 15 minutes and see if that helps.
