Hi
I m having issues with my motherboard :
When i switch on the EZ led control CPU remain shiny. And the PC does'nt start. I try all the usual and recommanded things:
like flashing the mother board.
Unplugged /plugged the CPU.
Check the alimentation connections ...
Nothing..
BUT .. if i switch on and off very quickly ...the PC start like no worries ..!?
But an over issues : soon as i play specifics game or randomly after a while with other games
..the PC shutdown !!!
Where Is the issue ? With my mother board ? Or my power supply box ?
Thanks for you help !

Hi,
please list your system specs. It's impossible to answer without knowing what hardware you use.

The EZ LED Control... do you mean the one in BIOS? And switch it on will cause CPU Debug LED to stay on?
If so, how did you boot to BIOS again? By clearing CMOS? But I think EZ LED Control is on by default...

BUT .. if i switch on and off very quickly ...the PC start like no worries ..!?
Switching the EZ LED Control?

Guys, what i think he's trying to say is, his EZ debug LED for the CPU stays on (the error diagnostic LEDs for CPU, RAM, VGA, BOOT). He doesn't mean the LED control switch that some boards have.

Anyway, without knowing the components, we can't answer too much. We need the exact model of the PSU, for instance.

But every time when a PC turns off randomly, or doesn't turn on consistently, it's a big hint to look at the PSU, first of all. If your PSU (alimentation) is too old / bad / cheap, there's a chance that you need a new one. I can tell you then how to find a good PSU, so that you don't have this problem again anytime soon.

Haha, maybe you're right.
This is what I meant the EZ LED Control in BIOS:

Hehe, yeah. Well that couldn't have been it anyway, how is he supposed to switch that quickly if the PC doesn't turn on in the first place. He meant, switching the PSU on and off, most likely.

To me, it all sounds like a PSU problem, especially with it randomly turning off. Or at least that's what i would check first.

My crystal ball says "unsupported CPU", but we will never know if we don't get the system specs. :confused2:
