Issues with Windows Key and Enter Key.

I do not know why MSI Center has been acting up on my laptop. If anyone else is having this issue or can help, please let me know. I followed the steps MSI provided on their help forum, except for the part that requires me to completely reset my computer, if that helps with narrowing down an issue.
 
What is the exact problem that you are facing? Cannot understand it clearly.
 
Mainly, both my Windows key and enter key aren't working... I don't exactly know how else to explain it. It keeps working on and off randomly, and it wasnt a problem till recently, and it's just been getting on my nerves.
 
Like, even with the Windows key enabled in MSI center, it just keeps breaking for some reason, and I don't even know what the issue is with my Enter key. I don't have any software that can conflict with anything. Sorry if I'm a little confusing, I barely understand what's happening.
