I already saw the same topic on the old forum. The problem is classic, i run a 3D game and boom the screen goes black and my computer won't start for a day, or more... Not all game do this... The worst one is Warcraft 3, as soon as i press the new game button it crash. W3 being so fast to crash, it let me thinks that it's probably not the heat.
In fact i'm sure it's not an overheating problem because i have a huge fan on my mboard chipset. I'm sure it's not a powersupply problem or a lack of power because of my config:
MSI 6330
Athlon 1Ghz
512SDRAM
ASUS Geforce2GTS deluxe 64DDR
Leadtek 10/100 RTL8139 ethernet adapter
SMC EZ Card PCI 10 adapter SMC1208
WD 20Gig 7200RPM ATA66
ENERMAX 450 (431 Watts) 2 fans
Pioner DVD
Matshita CDR/W
This powersupply is AMD certified and is much more powerful than what i need. It's not my CPU i tested it on my friend's computer.
I doubt it's the infinite loop problem because i already saw this once and the computer doesn't refuse to boot after.
My big problem is also that my seller is out of buisness. If i want to have a new MB will MSI change it? I mean, i have this MB so MSI know i bought this product... But will they replace it?!
