K9ag neo-2 digital modded bios needed.

Hi I want to change my ht multiplier. I couldn't fid in the bios menu. Is there a modded bios for my mainboard that has the feature that I can change the htlink multiplier?


mb: K9AG NEO-2 DIGITAL (MS-7368)
CPU: AMD X2 4400+
current bios: amibios 1.50

Contact to MSI here: http://ocss.msi.com.tw/ explain the problem, they can send you a beta BIOS to try.(xxxxx.162 etc)

When updating bios for this motherboard, does the latest version contain all the other version updates?  My new motherboard has a bios version of 1.1 and the most current shown on the MSI site is 1.7.  I am dealing with 3 beeps on the boot post-up and think it may be a memory and CPU speed problem.

That's normal beeps, comes from USB device attached.{depend of the number}

Kool, that is one relief.  What about the bios update?  The motherboard also does not reconize the PS2 keyboard or mouse.  I had to use a USB Keyboard and Mouse.

In the AMI Bios the selection for the Raid Mode has 3 selections IDE, RAID, AHCI.  What is AHCI and what is its function?  I want the IDE drives to be the primary drives and the SATA's to be the mirrored raid drives.  Which setting would I use?

you want raid mode for raid 1...mirrored
