Katana A15 AI B8VG won't turn on sometimes with power cord plugged in.

Need help. My new Katana A15 AI laptop won't turn on, sometimes, with the power cord plugged in. This started about two months after receiving it. When I press the power button, it lights up but the computer will not turn on. If I unplug the power cord and press the power button, the computer will turn on and boot. I can plug the power cord back in and it works properly. No error messages and battery charges. All system diagnostics pass.

Update: It seems to happen only when the laptop goes to sleep.

Maybe it is not a problem with the Laptop. If the charger is faulty in some way the system will pass every test.
In my opinion your best bet is to open a ticket in the MSI Member Center and to describe your problem.

Try to update BIOS to the latest version (E158NAMS.510) on MSI website.

I am having the same issue
I just got the laptop 3 days ago I had thought it was a feature of the laptop till I read your post.

Were you able to figure out what it was that is causing the problem?

Hey, you should update BIOS to the latest version, they already fixed the issue.
