I’m experiencing an issue with low GPU wattage while playing Fortnite. For example, when using Performance Mode at native resolution (2560 × 1440) with a 240 Hz refresh rate, my GPU only draws around 25–35 watts. This results in approximately 200 FPS in Creative mode, and in regular matches the performance is similar sometimes even worse, dropping to around 144 FPS and occasionally falling to 80–100 FPS during fights. Temps also stay around 70-75, sometimes spiking to 90-95 for a millisecond.

I’ve tried nearly every common fix except undervolting and updating the BIOS and EC. My current BIOS version is 113 and my EC version is 111. If anyone has encountered a similar issue and successfully resolved it, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or steps you took to fix it.

then update the bios and drivers and also check if the fortnite is applied to power saving in windows graphic settings cause mine also has this problem my valorant doesnt even open and i see it is select to power saving switch to dgpu mode or performance mode in that settings might help you
 
Drivers are all upto date and everything else ive already done, i think the only thing to do now is update bios i guess.
 
Try running Furmark to test the GPU power consumption and see if it matches the official value. Additionally, if the GPU temperature suddenly spikes to 90-95 degrees Celsius, this indicates an abnormal GPU temperature. You can share a screenshot of the GPU temperature, and it's also recommended to contact official customer support.
 
I ran Furmark V2 and GPU power consumption was 105-110 watts, GPU temps was 88 degrees Celsius, GPU hot spot was 93 degrees Celsius. To be honest theres to much problems with this laptop, and its such a hassle to fix them every couple days. I'd probably just save up for a PC and just deal with the low fps issues, school is starting soon so i probably wont play to much so it shouldn't be a problem. Thank you for your help.

The GPU temperature seems a bit high; please contact customer service to have it checked.

I mean I don't really play any sort of GPU intensive games, mostly CPU, and in those games the max I've seen GPU temps hit is about 75. It's just annoying i can't even use my laptops GPU to its full capacity let alone 50% unless i put the graphics at like the highest which results in a lower fps than what i was previously getting. I think it maybe just Fortnites engine or whatever but i don't really care anymore, i don't mind 100 fps now that I'm used to it. Though i do have another problem which i cannot fix no matter how much tutorials i watch. I will post about it in another thread and help will be much appreciated thank you.
