Please post in English....
Did you replace the thermal paste at MSI service center?

Can you get into BIOS?
If not, you might need to go MSI service center for a check, the motherboard seems to be damaged.

Yesterday I managed to get in and try to reset it, but the fan accelerated and turned off. Today I have not managed to enter beyond the repetitive restart, it does not succeed beyond the MSI logo. This morning I managed to enter the system and I got an error message C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvapi.dll Error 0x000012f

The steps that you shared with me were followed by following the links but the screen freezing problem persists. I don't know what to do, the truth worries me because turning it off forcibly can damage the equipment and it is supposed to be a new equipment.

Please share with us the problem happens under which usage scenario so that we might be able to point out the possible cause such as driver or device.
Did you recognize if it is the built-in display problem?
Did you change any hardware components such SSD or RAM before?
If so, you can switch back to the original component to check.

It is suggested to refer to Notebooks FAQs, Guides and Video Tutorials to do some basic software troubleshooting first.
The general problem can sometimes be resolved by it.
- [How To] Intel graphics driver Clean Install & Update
- [How To] NVIDIA graphics driver Clean Install & Update

Try to clean install graphics drivers, then enter BIOS or use the external monitor to cross-validate.

I begin to think that it may be a problem of the graphics card perhaps. The laptop has not been changed hardware components, this without uncovering any part of its internal components has been touched. I need a root solution since it is a recently purchased computer... 4 months

I also want to provide you with the root cause but there is a lack of information. Furthermore, It is not normal behavior. That is why I was asking you about the usage scenario and using the external monitor to cross-validate. The problem could happen under certain conditions.
