I need to replace a Kailh Red key switch on my GK50 Elite TKL keyboard. Does anyone know if this is even possible? The puller that came with the keyboard is for the key cap, not the key switch. Can anyone describe how to do this, or point me to a tutorial? I've done some searching, but haven't found anything that tells me exactly how to remove the Kailh reds on this particular keyboard. I've messed with it a little. But, I'm afraid to get to "assertive" in trying to remove a switch because I don't want to risk damaging it.

they are not socketed there attached to the PCB and you need to remove the Back on the Keyboard, Desolder the Connections and then Unclip the Switch from the PCB as it has Pillars that go through the PCB to hold them in Place.
