Hi!
Could you help me to solve an issue? My GK50 is not detected when I connect it via USB3. I have Lenovo Laptop and Desktop PC.
I have an issue on both of them. When I connect keyboard via USB3 it is not detected, lights on keyboard are off. After I switch it to USB2 it start working for some time.
I can unplug it from USB2 and plug again to USB3 and it is fine for some time. After my Lenovo Laptop wakeup after sleep mode, it could stop working again, but it happened
not every time.

So, as a solution I can re-plug keyboard to some USB2 port (reconnect from Laptop to Desktop, or use old USB splitter), it start working and I connect it back to my laptop (that has only USB3 ports).
Of course it is not convenient and probably there is solution for that?

what's your GK50 version? Is it GK50 Elite, GK50 Low Profile, or GK50 Low Profile TKL
have you tried resetting the keyboard by holding FN+ESC for over 5 seconds or updating firmware in MSI Center?

Hi! Thank you for your response.

I have GK50 Low Profile version. Yes, I tried to reset it via FN+ESC but without luck.
MSI Center shows me firmware version 1.01.18 but there is no option to update it.

P.S. There is only MSI Center on MSI site for this keyboard in "driver & download" section. So, it seems there is no some separate utility to update firmware as well.

After I changed suspend setting value to "Disabled" it works fine. I haven't check my Desktop yet, but the most probably there is the same issue.
