Keyboard issue

The backlight is not working on my laptop's keyboard. The dot lights on 'num lock' & 'caps lock' are working though.

Please help me by suggesting what to do.
 
Which exact model do you have? Try to press FN+F8 repeatedly to adjust the keyboard backlight level first.

It was KATANA 15 B13VFK. I know that fn+F8 does the job, but that F8 key was not working.

However, after resetting my MSI centre, it is working now.
