Hi everyone !

I have a MSI gt70 2qd under Windows 10 and some keyboards keys suddenly stopped working (yesterday, everything was fine).
For example : Z, R, U, I, 1 (numpad), 5 (numpad)...
Things I tried :
- repairing / updating drivers
- antivirus / antimalware scans
The problem still persists in safe mode and in the bios.
Any idea ?

Thanks in advance.

If your problem still cannot be solved. Please replace the keyboard in time. Avoid causing greater losses. There may be replacement keyboards on Amazon. This requires you to search on the website yourself.

Try to test the keyboard function in the BIOS.
To Enter BIOS, hit the [del] key a few times after you power on the laptop and see the MSI logo.
After entering the BIOS, go to the "Security" tab and select "User Password".
Press the keys which are not reacting to see if they work here. When you finish testing, press ESC to close the "Create New Password" window (you don't really need to set the password).
Press [F10] and then press [Enter] to go back to the system.
If the keyboard function is not working in the BIOS, it should be a hardware issue.
