Keyboard won't light up?

Hello,

I just bought a used GL73 9SC. I reset the pc and reinstalled windows and noting that the sticker says keyboard by steelseries, I downloaded engine 3 but it wont recognize the keyboard. I tried the older Engine 2 as well. Any ideas? Its not an rgb keyboard, just lights up red but I need it in my life lol.

in steel app ,.., your keyboard is visible ?? but this model no need steel series drivers
only DRAGON CENTER ?

or HWdefect "on boot or similar is see any light ??"
