KT3 ultra and msi GF4 Ti4200

Hello everyone.
i just bought a MSI GF4 Ti4200 64mb and my M/B is a Gigabyte 7VRXP... I've been having major problems in system stability. (crashes, freezing, not booting into XP and 98se, video returning to VGA, etc.)

I've searched several newsgroups and i am pretty much convinced that the Gigabyte board is indeed INCOMPATIBLE with GF4 Vid cards.
I will be able to replace my gigabyte m/b from the store...

My question is:
Is it safe to assume that i can get the MSI KT3 Ultra to solve my problems...
I would assume that MSI would test and make sure that their motherboards and Vid cards are compatible, right??

hi

yes they will work but make sure you have a good psu

as the gf4 draws and needs a lot of juice
