Laptop Backcover damaged by Service Center Engineer

Currently I'm facing trouble with my display so I visited one of the MSI authorised service centre.

While checking the laptop the service engineer has damaged the Backcover of my laptop. Even I could hear some sound from inside on moving the laptop.

Who will cover this expense now? Will I get a replacement?

I'll be visiting the service center again once I receive the new LCD display.

N.B.: my laptop is no longer under warranty.

Or get a lawyer and sue the service center.
