I turned off battery from motherboard because is was like 95% of wear level like year ago, max time of work with it was like 20sec. And at that time I totally off CPU boost for scenarios like if CPU boost take power from battery.
ME FW not disabled by me, and if it need to be "on" in the BIOS, there is a problem, that bios can't be opened. When trying to go to BIOS there black screen with "_" in the little left from the center of monitor. Don't know what last user have done to the BIOS and there no telephone left for asking.

GT - all time PL4 ,..,sometimes RING PL4
try find better drivers for igpu "when use igpu -optimus mode"
You mean install different iGPU drivers and check how would it work? But I try testing with all GPU or 1 of the 2 GPU working and all of this tests = crash of laptop. And also I tried to install recommended drivers from msi website and it still not worked

battery voltage exist in HWINFO ? or battery wear level info ??

PSU is 19.7V ,..,small overvoltage
not must be in ideal condition .,,.chicony 19.5V PSU ?
Could it be because of PSU or some motherboard problems? What best to do, trying some new PSU or get to check motherboard or check it myself?

And as of "solution for now" why not try and change vBIOS TDP and Power Limit (but I don't know to the higher or lower values).
Or only lock GPU voltage to 0.9v with little deboost from 0.98 (must be 1.2v o_O)?

What could be the cause of the breakdown, motherboard or power supply?
problem is missing battery voltage ? -- MSI "modern" DC + AC voltage -- full power
no battery - random problems "power is mix" ,.,.no access in bios is weird

.,.,.and 19.67V for 19.5 PSU look too much "but some brand is differed" and drop is normal in usage.
