Laptop crashing

I have bought msi morden 14 laptop 2 weeks back at the start it was well and good, my usage is for watching movies and writing docs, but all of a sudden the laptop is getting too much heated up. And the f1 f5 f7 f12 keys are not working, please help me out. I have rest my laptop 2 times it's of no use till now.
Anyone have any solution for this

Was the Center available to open? What is the complete name of your laptop and what is the Center installed in your laptop?
If the center can't launch normally, the fn keys might be affected.
There might some apps or programs are also operating when tou were watching movies and documents, the workload raised and also the temperature.
Did the fan spin while the temperature was raising? You can check the temperature in Center when you feel the laptop is hot.

Could you try to press the FN+ ESC to check the function key work or not?
