Laptop keyboard replacement (GF76 Katana)

Greetings. I have a "MSI GF76 Katana (11UE-294XKZ)" and I have a keyboard problem. When certain keys are pressed, the letters may be duplicated, or they simply do not respond. This causes a lot of inconvenience. For example, if I press "N", then it either registers "NN", or "NNN", or nothing happens. I checked for hardware problems, but nothing. I changed the parameters, sensitivity, response, and so on - nothing. I didn't fill the keyboard / laptop with anything, no damage, just careful use and careful cleaning. What is the actual question, I know that msi does not officially produce components, and I need to replace it. Please tell me the seller, or where you can find a good replacement keyboard. I'm worried that you can either install a frankly bad keyboard, or a keyboard that will monitor keystrokes for.
What can be done in this situation?

But that's not what I was asking. Suddenly, there are some more or less proven companies that make components.
